This video was the second assignment of the Visual Story class, as part of the Entertainment Technology Center first year curriculum. The purpose of the video was to recreate a particular scene from the film American Beauty.

Having no girls on the team, we decided to act out the scene ourselves as best we could! The purpose of the assignment was to match the given scene as closely as possible, so we created detailed story boards and camera diagrams before moving to location. We chose to alter the Ricky character to be more like a hitman, just for fun.

Actor: I played Angela in the scene.

Director: Managed the schedule during the shoot, directed actors, and oversaw the vision of the assignment.

Editor: Edited the entire film using Adobe Premier.
